10th Annual Health, Safety and Environment Awareness Day

Doing The Right Things is More Important Than Doing Things Right Daleel Petroleum LLC, an oil & gas production company, held its 10th Annual Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Awareness Day in the field where it operates. The event has gained more significance with Daleel obtaining three International Certificates in 2013 on ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety Management System. The awareness day was conducted to highlight the company`s commitment to existing policies and standards as well as to ensure compliance with health and safety legislations. The day was planned with a theme to promote a QHSE culture by communicating the 2014 theme Doing The Right Things is More Important Than Doing Things Right.
The QHSE successfully upgraded its records by adapting a team work approach, complying with international standards in every aspect of our business and raising awareness among contractors and employees alike. This annual gathering that takes place in Al Dhahira Region is a highly significant occasion with committed attendance from Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Gong Changli and Chief Operating Officer, accompanied by managers and team leaders from all departments. The CEO, has continuously emphasized that HSE is a top priority in our organization. The excellent indication of compliance encourages continuous improvement in all areas of our operations.
