Promoting the Spirit of One United Family in Daleel Petroleum Daleel Petroleum held its annual family gathering which witnessed an overwhelming attendance from employees and their families. The event was organized at the Inter-continental Hotel, Muscat under the theme “Daleel is One United Family”. This year, the family day focused on enhancing the spirit of one united team among Daleel employees in addition to sharing a brief on oil production.
The day was planned taking into consideration all ages with programmes, games and competitions to engage every person attending the event. The Human Resources Manager, Ahmed Al Kharusi said on the occasion: “The event had a special touch this year and a remarkable attendance which truly confirms the theme of One United Family. A concept highly promoted by the Human Resources Department in Daleel Petroleum. The appreciation is not only to our employees but to the families that have been supporting them in their journey with Daleel.
Present at the event were both Mr. Gong Changli the Chief Executive Officer and Moza Al Adawi, Chief Operating Officer. In a gesture of recognition, both officials presented long service certificates to employees who have completed 5 & 10 years with Daleel Petroleum. This was an opportunity to acknowledge dedication and loyalty, and interact with employees at a less formal level.
