The two-month program represents a sustainable partnership between the company and academic institutions that transforms educational curricula into a tangible practical experience. The training plan is designed to ensure a comprehensive experience, where interns undergo a diverse blend of practical and office work at both the main headquarters in Muscat and operational sites, under the direct supervision of specialized teams.
