Daleel Petroleum Welcomes Fifth Cohort of National “Edaad” Programme
Daleel Petroleum has welcomed its fifth consecutive cohort of university students participating in the National “Eiddad” Training Programme, a national initiative designed to enhance students’ readiness for the workplace by providing them with practical experience in a real working environment.
The current cohort comprises 11 trainees from different colleges and universities who will undertake training across at Daleel Petroleum departments over a period of 9 months
As part of the programme, trainees are introduced to Daleel Petroleum’s workplace culture and core values, with a particular focus on safety, accountability and teamwork. The programme provides participants with an opportunity to complement their academic learning with practical experience and gain a better understanding of the professional environment.
