Daleel Participates in Al Mara’a Forum

The women forum in Dhofar is inaugurated under the auspicious of H.H Sayyed Marwan Al Said the Governor of Dhofar. Daleel is also at the event and contributed to the agenda.
The forum discussed topics associated with women and focused on her role and contribution in the overall development. The forum is attended by professionals from different disciplines and sectors. The agenda includes papers, presentations and a discussion panel with the participation of key female representatives.
Daleel Petroleum participated in the discussion to shed light on the contribution of female employees in terms of empowerment and capabilities. Daleel is represented by Zayana Al Badaei, Communications Team Leader who highlighted women in the energy sector across their respective - technical & non-technical - functions as well as challenges encountered at both the professional as well as the social front.
